I want to import a HTML file in the bookmars menu. I want to place the imported html in a separate folder but it always places in the default bookmark menu not in the specified folder. How to do this?

You can't import an HTML file to add bookmarks to a specific bookmarks folder. You will have to move (or copy & paste) them yourself to that folder after you have import that HTML file in the Library.
