caution: I'm not very computer savvy. I'm using Firefox, and there is no "Options" under my tools, just websearch, downloads, addons, error console, page info, start private browsing, clear recent history. When I put in the address under error console, I get this: Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80070057 (NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE) [nsIWebNavigation.loadURI]" nsresult: "0x80070057 (NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://global/content/viewSource.js :: viewSource :: line 221" data: no] I also have 48 browser shots (though don't really know what that means). Did both. Alas, still having problems. Very frustrating cause SureWest (internet/phone) and the site both say its not at their ends. Thanks for your ideas - if you have any more, would appreciate them!
