I have a new computer and want tp transfer bookmarks from my old comp?

i have got a new laptop and want to transfer the bookmarks from my old laptop unfortunatly that laptop has died i have taken the hard drive out n put it in a external case but i cant work out how to transfer the bookmarks from the old hard drive?
