On some websites, some words of text are coloured green and underlined. When mousing over, an advertising menu is displayed. IE8 and Chrome are fine. Any ideas?

This green coloured text is double underlined and when moused over, a menu is displayed but nothing else happens. This problem doesn't appear on IE8 or Google Chrome. It only happens on some sites.
