Why does Yahoo cover weather in uper right had corner and the clocks do not show up.

Sounds like you may have installed a Persona that has "Yahoo" in that position of the window.

You can revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

As far as the clocks, hit {Ctrl + /}. That will un-hide the Add-on bar.
