Previous IE Favorites are on an ext H. Drive. How do I import them to Firefox?

Before purchasing a new computer, I exported my IE favorites from the old computer into a HTML file and onto an external hard drive. I now have my new computer and wish to import those favorites from the HTML file on the external hard drive to the bookmarks of Firefox on my new computer.
