When the pop window appears click on the SpecialSavings link in the lower righthand corner. Then click on FAQ at the top of the page. An alternate way to remedy this is I am giving you the direct link here. It has instructions for Firefox and IE both. http://www.specialsavings.com/forum/similarproducts/faq.html#q10 Hope this helps it worked for me! Good luck.
