All the standard menu icons are not displaying in Firefox. For example, File, Edit, View, Tools, Help menus, all have the correct text, but no icons. This bug also affect the right-click menu.

I can't get that to happen with "Customize" , I would suspect an Extension, a Theme, or a Style

Use the "Help" menu and choose "Restart with Add-ons disabled..." to see if the problem ceases. That will bring up Firefox in Safe Mode a single time for testing.

If you find the solution there are others with what appears to be the same question each with several "me toos"
