Hi mlcaRN,

Have you checked to see if your PDF add-on is up to date? You should take a look at the View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer Knowledge Base article. There is a lot of good information in there. You should try both of the suggested PDF add-ons to see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks I added an upgrade so will see how that works. Appreciate the assistance. Guess I just assumed when I got up grades on the Adobe Reader just assumed they included upgrades for the Adobe Pro.
