Hello all. Recently Firefox has stopped downloading anything. When I click "DL" , "Save As" , "Save", or "Run". The download window pops up and nothing happens. I've read through all the articles and did the troubleshooting and nothing works. Any other recommendations other then what is already listed on the forums?

Hi marines117,

When you say you've done all the troubleshooting, does that mean that you have tried everything in the What to do if you can't download or save files Knowledge Base article? There is a lot great information in there, so please be sure to try everything.

You should also try Safe Mode and creating a new profile as suggested in the Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems article.

Hopefully this helps!

You have the Zoom Downloader extension.

Did you check if that extension or possible another extension isn't the cause of your issue?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
