adobe 11.3 flash plugin crashes, so I uninstalled it and installed adobe flash plugin 11.2. It does not crash. However, the 11.3 keeps coming back, even though I have the only update after asking box clicked (in options).

Hi,

You can try a clean uninstall and a new installation. The Flash player support would also be helpful.

I have already done this several times. I just did it again. (So unless it changes by the time you read this, it should be 11.2). However, the 11.3 still keeps returning. I had the 11.2 installed when I went to bed. When I opened my internet to check email (read yours) and checked my add-ons, the 11.3 was back. Now what? Is there something else that can be done? Thank you for your help.

When you install 11.2, go to Control panel, find Flash Player, right click on it, select Open, then in Advanced tab at Update session, click Never checked for updates(not recommended).

thank you
