I always do a print preview to find out how many "real" pages there are so that I can determine what need to be printed 2-sided. Print preview worked fine between 11 AM and 1 PM. Later this afternoon I did a property search by neighborhood on the cook county (Illinois) assessor's website and tried to print the results. In print preview, I accessed the Setup and changed all margins to 0.5 and portrait orientation. The screen below the print preview menu went black. After a re-start of my XP laptop, starting FireFox and doing a print preview yields the same results. Clicking on "setup" gives me another black window that is wider than my laptop screen. What's going on and how do I fix this?
