This could be because one of your java versions is old and blocked.

Or it could just be confusion between Java and javascript, so you may need to enable javascript. A screen shot of the error message may help.

Some additional thoughts.

  1. note there was an update to Firefox 20 for Windows.
    You appear to be using fx20.0 it maybe worth checking you are in fact updated to fx20.0.1
  2. As you are on Windows Enterprise maybe it is worth considering use of Firefox ESR, if applicable
