You keep closing threads dealing with this, presumably so you don't have to experience the piling on of people on the bandwagon. As a software developer, I understand. But it is horrible. It's not just that it's a big change. It's bad. And you're pushing us away from your product at a time that you don't want to do that. You are bleeding away some of your truly unique differences. For nothing. And your solution to people that are begging with you to help them keep using your product is to close threads like this one, and literally tell them to go use Opera or Chrome. (not kidding, see question: "29 is horrible" which I found because my first search today after a jarring, forced upgrade was "29 is horrible". And the "just use the restorer thing is not only logically such an insane "solution" but it is ridiculous to have to do that a UI to make it usable. Why are you doing this to us? And it's not security. The UI changes have VERY little to do with security.

Hello, this forum is intended for technical troubleshooting and not general discussion about products. Our support community is run by volunteers who work hard to help all fellow Firefox users, but since we can’t make changes to the design ourselves or speak for Mozilla, this is not the appropriate place to ask those question of yours or to voice concerns.
Firefox is a work in progress and your feedback is important. Please help improve Firefox by leaving feedback where the designers and engineers can see it instead: https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback.

Thank you for your understanding!
