Don't use Nightly if you need specific add-ons to always work. Nightly is the cutting edge of Firefox development; not something ordinary users should be using.

Hey, chill out. Most people here are volunteers, if you can't be polite then don't ask questions here.

That being said, ed is right, don't use Nightly if you need a specific add-on to work 100% of the time. It's a development build, the add-on will break. If you need an add-on to work, use Firefox release. www.getfirefox.com

The unstable Nightly development channel get checkins almost everyday so therefore it gets a update each of those days. This can of course mean potential regression, bugs and work in progress features each day for starters. Generally as a result the Extensions, complete Themes especially, and even some Plugins may not work.

Also the Win64 build you are testing is not officially supported like Win32 are so if there are issues it can take longer to fix. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Supported_build_configurations

Also if you must test the Nightly channel builds still and Win64 at that then make sure the Java is x64 . http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html
