It is usually not possible to do anything about such an issue in the title of a feed item as that is likely the way they are send by the server (HTML escaping of specific characters as HTML entity) and Firefox displays them that way. You could try top open the feed URL directly in a tab to see if that makes Firefox render the HTML entities as their character equivalent.

It could be an error with the web site. Did you try one of the links?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache

Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: Clear Now

and

  • Remove Cookies

Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. There is a button on the right side called Show Cookies.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.

What exactly you don't understand on my previous post? i said I DID THEM so i DID THEM so easy, don't tell me to do same thinks all the time that have not point. it is so easy the firefox does not converting into the ascii characters the & item and that's the why display them.

I see the same if I subscribe to that feed.

<strike>It does work if you open the feed URL in a tab because in that case Firefox renders the text as usual, but as a feed list you see the entity code</strike>. It also shows if I open the feed URL in a tab.

I've seen this reported before and AFAIK then there is nothing to do about this. This happens in all Firefox versions
