I'm disappointed with U, refusing to register and refusing to let me sign in for many hours
It proved nearly impossible to register or sign in. I was tonight againbusy for more then two hours to get finally this sign-in running. Rarely is Mozilla telling which formats are required for usernames, for passwords, and for e-mails, and when there are repeating or unacceptable key boards characters, nothing is said about those. I have several e-mail addresses but Mozilla refuses to tell me which are acceptable and which are not. Why must I waste my time by trying and trying and trying, and getting movrd in circles, just sending me around from "contact us' to 'register' and then to 'sign in' and again refusing to accept register and sign in ? I am a client who does not know all the finer details, why don't you want to communicate those details when they are needed? Do you only accept some of the full set of key board characters for one item and only others characters for other items? Hi eduard-in-trouble, I understand the frustration, however to clarify are you asking about the login for the support site or the stored ones on your Firefox profile.
