my computer crashed, and I have no backup and no files were saved of Mozilla Thunderbird. I am reinstalling Thunderbird on my computer. It recognizes my username, email, and password; however, it did not download my folders, old emails in my inbox, or my address book. Is there a way to retrieve this still?

There is a chance that your old profile is still in the computer. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb and then using the file explorer see if you can find another xxxxxxxx.profile besides the currently active one. If so, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-multiple-profiles to switch to it.

If you are using IMAP, your email server will still have the folders and messages, but if you are using POP, they are probably gone. Try using a web browser based access to your email, (such as mail.google.com) if your provider has one.
