just installed sage crm and to integrate with email it requires the use of Internet Explorer, is there a way round this?
Most of the office use mozilla but we have just moved our database and office management to Sage CRM. In order to integrate the browser with CRM and transfer emails diary etc from CRM to outlook we have to use Internet explorer. Is there any good reason for this and is there a way round.

If not, doesn't Sage offer support for their software? Especially for new users?
