Click to open downloading file similar to Chrome
When downloading a file in Chrome, if you click the file while it's still downloading and this will automatically open it once the download completes. Is there an option or addon that will replicate this?

If you have the option Always ask me where to save files enabled, when you download a file, you get a popup with 2 choices:
- Open With (+ software name)
- Save File then you choose the folder
With the Open With feature, the file is automatically open once the download completes.
That's not exactly what I want to do. In Chrome when downloading a file, if you click it before the download is finished it will automatically open the file. If you don't click it then the file will download like normal and wait for you in the download folder.
I don't want files to always open automatically, just when I click them while they're still downloading.
I attached an image of me downloading a file in Chrome and I clicked on the active download. It shows that it will open the file in 2 minutes once the download completes.
