Firefox crashes and will not start
All we get is the Crash Reporter.
Here is the crash id from my crash report: bp-b6d1818f-f346-4efa-b603-c19352150823
We have uninstalled and re-installed firefox. It will not start in safe mode.

I can't open foxfile so I do not know how to open the *.xpi file.

Driver and Firefox have been updated with no change. Still receiving crash reporter upon starting firefox.
Please post the new crash reports. I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
