Last month iI downloaded windows 10. Did not like it and wen back my reliable Windows 7. Since returning to Windows 7, photos that I take on my phone, and send to my laptop are no longer showing up in my email, nor are photos that my friends attempt to email to me. what's up? Do I have to reset something?

Make sure your email provider is not blocking anything.

Then check your protection programs.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Your reply was not helpful because I didn't understand any of the instructions. I am not a computer wiz by any stretch, so don't know how to do any of whatever you said.....Thank you for answering....did not expect such a quick response, especially on Christmas day!
