How can I stop the sreen flashing on web pages with ads?
I have Firefox installed on a new Galaxy Tab S2. Everything usually works fine until I browse to a site with dynamic content ads. At that point, scrolling down the page will cause the page contents to start flashing at the same rate that the ads are being updated. Usually the entire page is flashing, but in some cases it's only portions of the page. Scrolling back up to the top of the page will often momentarily stop the flashing, but scrolling back down starts it right back again. I usually have to close that tab and switch to Chrome or the Samsung browser in order to view that site. There have been a few occasions when the problem seems to have taken over the entire browser and the other open tabs start exhibiting the same problem and I have to exit and manually stop the app.
For reference, while I was searching for info on this problem, I noticed that the "forums.mozillazine.org" site is consistantly exhibiting the problem.
Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Firefox is my browser of choice on all of my other devices, and I would very much like for it to be on this new tablet as well.

I suggest you install an ad-blocker or tracking list. Many of the popular add-ons found on desktop are compatible with Android Firefox as well.
Thanks for the suggestion Mappie. While I agree that an ad blocker might help to mask the problem, it certainly won't help to identify the cause or find a permanent fix. This screen flashing problem does not occur on any of my windows based devices, and does not occur in any other browsers on this Galaxy tablet. Thanks again.
