If the site doesn't have a copy, then probably not. There are some add-ons which keep a copy of your work as you go in case your form crashes or clears, but that is not a built-in feature of Firefox.

By the way, if the site has a Trash or Deleted Items folder, definitely check that as well as the Drafts folder. I don't know which sites put deleted drafts in trash and which just completely get rid of them.

Thanks jscher! Of course I was afraid of that. Yes, I checked both DRAFTS & TRASH. Apparently deleted items are not sent to the trash. Think there may have been an "undo" option, but if so, I delayed too long with that sinking feeling about what I had done, so that the option disappeared!
