Why does youtube videos on firefox flicker when playing them at fullscreen HD?

This just recently this started happening to me. One day i turned my computer on and it started to happen to me on every youtube video id watch at fullscreen HD. Every time i watch a youtube video at fullscreen HD it flickers and its so annoying. The only way to stop it is to lower the quality but i dont want to lower the quality. Can someone help me fix this issue?

I cant find any updates since my computer isn't supported by dell anymore. Dell studio 540 FredMcD said

Your graphics are programs and hardware created by other companies. Go to that website and heck for updates.
