After latest auto update I can't receive any email from any of my 6 email accounts?
I have been using Thunderbird without any problems and right after the latest automatic update, that happened the other day, I can not receive or send any emails at all. I have checked all the setting of the accounts and can't find anything that has changed. I think it is a problem with the update? I can not see any way to redo the update or to install the program without losing any emails or information. Has anyone else had this problem?

I make a New email account using the same settings and was able to receive and send emails from the account that I used. So just to try it I went back into the original account and now I am able to send and receive emails again from it. I hope it takes care of the problem?
I then removed the new account and am using the original one now.
Everything is working as it should at this time so it is solved for now.

Security software including a personal firewall not recognizing the updated version is a common cause for this kind of problem.
