Can't get email messages. Password doesn't work.
When I log in to my Thunderbird email and enter my password, I get this message:
Sending of password for user mshadbourne@socal.rr.com did not succeed. Mail server mail.twc.com responded: [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.
I have "tried again" over and over.

Maybe you have incorrect settings?
incoming POP server: mail.twc.com on port 110 (POP) or 143 (IMAP), Connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = username@socal.rr.com
outgoing SMTP server: mail.twc.com on port 587, Connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = username@socal.rr.com
Some users have suggested the problem is with POP accounts being accessed by other devices such as phones, but I suggest you try the above settings first.
