Trying to re-establish an old Thunderbird account. No luck. All sign in info rejected or forgotten. I have downloaded an update of the free version, but still have the same entry difficulty.

Thunderbird is an e-mail client/program that you can install on your computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux), that can be used to send and receive e-mail using any e-mail address. It has always been a free program.

Thunderbird is not an e-mail service and cannot not provide you with an e-mail address.

To get help accessing the e-mail address you are having problems with, type the part of the e-mail address after the @ symbol into your web browser to go to their website.
