Buggy address bar and then some

Computer sort of auto updated to Quantum. Nice speed but I'm having problems with the UI. Namely, the address bar goes the entire width of the page as opposed to just the box. See picture below. [url=https://ibb.co/emTbJR][img]https://preview.ibb.co/j3p5Cm/Untitled.jpg/img/url

Also, is there any way to change the loading animation from bouncing ball back to a whirly circle. I hate bouncing ball.
