Firefox 57.0 does not respect user OPTIONS settings for Content Process Limit to 1. What does one have to do to get this rev to behave?
Firefox 57.0 installed with Content Process Limit set to 4. After watching a single idling window subsume > 1GB of RAM between 4 processes, I set the Content Process Limit to 1. I closed Firefox, reopened, checked the process list (still 4), checked the Content Process Limit (reported as 1). I rebooted the machine. Exact same behavior.
Other than installing the last working rev or leaving Firefox entirely, what does one need to do to get this rev to respect user settings? This is remarkably bad behavior. Between this and the insane amount of memory that Firefox grabs and never releases (memory leak), It's difficult to see how this rev could have been released.

Could you please go to the Firefox Menu Bar then--> Help --> Troubleshooting Information Please take a look in the Accessibility Section if Accessibility is set to "True" there. If yes, Go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security then under Permissions check the setting to prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.
