I would like to know if your new release works correctly with Trusteer Rapport please. Does it enable a user to add new Rapport protected sites? Does it show the correct icons for sites that are globally protected?

Early versions of your browser used to work perfectly, I'm just hoping your new release now is the same.

@Malwill, FF and Mozilla is not responsible for addon creators whom don't update nor take care of their Addons. Your trying to push other's problems onto FF/Mozilla whom didn't create the Addon. You should direct your complaints to the Addon creators not FF or FF Forum.

http://www.trusteer.com/en/how-to-download-install-rapport-using-firefox No idea. Have a read. Contributors do not test out Extensions unless we use them ourselves. Mozilla only ok's Extensions submitted by Developers to be used with Firefox. They ok them only and give the Developer a web page to distribute their Extension from. This in no means that Firefox Support does the Developers Support when their page has a Support link and a contact Link.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Thanks for your reply, however I believe it was insulting to say the least. Are you saying that you are not in the least bothered?

I am just a end user who has been using the Trusteer Software for many Years now (it's provided by most British Banks and we are expected to use it for added security). For many Years it has worked with Google Chrome, IE and Mozilla Firefox, but last Year it stopped working correctly with Firefox for many Months. It seems to be fixed now so I presumed Mozilla fixed it not Trusteer. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask if it will work with the new release.
