firefox sync
hi
i changed windows and add my accounts sync to firefox but dont sync any bookmark and password and dont restore this !! in old windows use firefox 59.0 with synced accoount and in new windows use firefox 60b dont show again install firefox 59.0 but dont sync account and my bookmark and password is empty
my bookmark and password very important for me and dont backup in windows please please help

Hi, Your description is very convoluted and have no idea what you are or where doing. In point form please in future.
If they are gone I would think they are gone. Did you turn off Sync on all devices ? You do not speak of any devices ! So I gather you were from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.
If you have a copy of your Firefox profile for desktop Firefox, you may be able to recover your bookmarks and other data. Please have a read of these article.

i use account only windows and dont delete any bookmark or password but dont sync my firefox and show blank bookmark and password
i use this account from 2016 dont problem now problem !!
Seems so as it is designed to transfer data from one device to another running Firefox. Not as a storage for it.
When you changed windows versions you lost what ever file it held that allowed you to do what you were doing. So once that file/token/registry entry ( i do not know what) was gone and then so was the bookmarks.
So for future :

If have online email, email it to yourself and save it. My bookmarks go back to 1995 by doing that and saving them all over the place.
Firefox Volunteer Support has no access to anything Sync related and am sure others do not also. So there is just no way to search for the data once deleted.
this problem 100% in FF 60B ! but i did not understand and add account to this ff 60 dont sync any this and blank after install ff 59 recover lasted sync !!( lasted sync is empty)
very very bad lost 10 years bookamrk and password very very very bad !!!!
Please see my time stamped 8:38 post. You were using it as storage not using it to sync other devices.

There is nothing that can be done as it was used wrongly. If used as intended you would have been able to get your data from the other device.
