I have 3 e-mail addresses. How do I get Thunderbird to pull from all three?
I am just setting up Thunderbird. I use 3 different e-mail addresses. I need to see them separately, not all mixed up in the same Inbox. Do I need to set up 3 Thunderbird accounts? Or is there a way to get one T-bird account to pull from all three addresses and put the messages in 3 different folders? I've read through the Help info on Profiles, etc. to no avail.
So far, I haven't even been able to figure out how to have T-bird dump all three in the same Inbox. I've set up the default account with one e-mail address and added the two others as identities, but it only shows me the default one.
Thanks for any help!

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Thunderbird is an email client program. Install it once and then add the info for your actual email account that you have with your email provider. Sounds like you got the first one added to Thunderbird. If these are real email accounts established with email providers they are not Identities. So do not go there. To add more accounts to Thunderbird click the AppMenu button. (3 horizontal lines) Select New Message-Existing Mail Account Fill in the details for the 2nd account. Repeat as needed.
By default they will be added to Thunderbird as separate listings with their own file folders.
Thanks! That did it.
Great!
