Allow PC Matic to access my computer without your , or my permission.
I have a life time account with PC Matic. They have been unable to automatically scan my computer for two plus years. It has taken this long to, hopefully, find a solution. All that is necessary is for Firefox to allow PC Matic access to my computer

Sorry, that is not going to happen. Use the full version. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/end-support-windows-xp-and-vista June 26 is last update for Vista. 52.9.0esr
It shows here you are running 52 and that is it. Are you on the Extended Release Version 52,7.4esr ?

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.
