Since all those settings are stored in plain text (prefs.js), the problem is rather more than just hiding the option or removing it from the GUI. You'd have to encrypt the whole settings file to make really sure the user couldn't tamper with it.

Just I want to disable those option in thunderbird, so that user can not change or can not play with "Managed Identities" Settings.
