Tbird locked up receiving messages. Terminated process (win7pro) restarted. All messages duplicated, can not get new messages from server
Each time try to gen new messages - dialog box appears [redacted]@att.net busy

Hi T_Bird_51, If I understand correctly, after Thunderbird froze retrieving messages, your inbox is full of duplicate messages and you cannot retrieve messages.
First let's try something simple.
- Right-click on your Inbox and select Properties.
- Click on Repair Folder.
If the problem still occurs, we'll need some more info about your Thunderbird setup.
- Go to [=] > Help > Troubleshooting Information then click Copy text to Clipboard.
- Go to https://pastebin.mozilla.org/ and go to Edit > Paste to paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page.
- In Firefox, click on the three dots to the right of the address, and select Copy Link.
- Open a reply to this post, and go to Edit > Paste to paste the link to your troubleshooting information.
