Hello,

My Total Security software block a suspicious connect between FireFox and the website nanocloud.com Showing the following message: firefox.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to www.nanocloud.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one.

I cannot find a relation between firefox and nanocloud.com (which redirects to logzen.io). OS: Windows 10 Home 1803 latest update. Firefox Quantum 62.0.3 (64-bit) latest update.

Any suggestions or information about it is appreciated. Thanks.

Did FF try to open that site? I doubt FF has any malware unless something got past security or the security software loaded something that it wasn't supposed to as well either. FF doesn't load sites unless the user or malware infected is trying to do so which it sounds like here.

Thanks, but: 1- This issue started recently. 2- I did not installed any apps to my laptop or even addons to FF recently. 3- The antivirus software is genuine, updates each 3 hours, installed since more than year and I never stop or quit it. 4- My OS is genuine as well and I keep it updated. 5- The website nanocloud.com isn't a malware itself.

I am not saying FF has malwares, I use it since years. I just thought it maybe a new service or third-party related to FF. As I doubt my laptop is infected.
