Can't create email from 3rd party aps

Using Thunderbird 60.5.2 (32 bit) on Windows 10 64bit. it is my default email client.

Something happened that I can not create email with attachment neither from Windows image browser, Foxit Reader After that happedned (I've clicked Thunderbird prompt - don't remember what it said - kind of info about trying to do that)

Please tell me where can I unlock tkat old useful feature (can't find in settings window)

Reinstall TB and restart the computer. See also the registry fix if it applies to your system.

Thank you. If I reinstall TB reconfiguration of all accounts will be necessary ? Win registry flag was already set to 0.

It is a pity such bug was introduced. If I do nothing Will future releases of TB will solve this issue without need of reinstallation?
