I'm trying to enter my site https://vrtown.co.uk in VR mode using Firefox Reality browser on my HTC Vive Focus Plus headset. The site opens and I am able to use the cursor to pan around the environment but when I click the VR button it just expands the window instead of entering VR mode. It works sometimes and not others. I find it breaks after I adjust Firefox browser settings in my headset but then when I reset all settings it still doesn't work. It works perfectly on my Oculus Quest headset in the Oculus Browser every time. I have an Advantage Enterprise subscription to HTC's first line support but they have not been very helpful. Where could I be going wrong? My website is built using A-Frame.

Hi Charlie

I have had a look at that site in Firefox Reality and it is loading the same in Firefox Relaity as it is in Firefox Reality.

What is not working for you? What are the settings that you mention that you are changing?

Hi Seburo! Thank you so much for checking out my site! I actually have a new problem now. My controller(s) are not tracking on my Vive Focus Plus. Could you possibly take a peep at the source code for me please? I will also post a new question for this new problem!

Oops. Forgot to give you the new url

Hi

Do the controllers work with other sites?

Yes but only one and I had them working with this code before but when I changed the index file location to the new location in cPanel it disappeared.

Hi Charlie

This sounds less like an issue with Firefox Reality and more like an issue that the A-Frame experts can answer at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/aframe.

Thanks, I will post there from now on as I agree it is a better place. I have fixed the problem now too!
