Screenshot of error attached. Happens when I'm in Sharepoint and click on Conversations for Sharepoint group (screenshot attached) When I copy the url to another browser it works fine. When I copy and paste into Firefox it still fails. I reset Firefox and it sometimes helps and allows me to click once, yet when I come back and click the link again I get the same error. Error details: TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource. Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation. Correlation ID: 12f77a9f-300c-b000-22aa-a5e92ccf8eaa Date and Time: 9/17/2020 11:12:12 AM

I chose to add troubleshooting info or whatever yet I don't know if it added the version... I'm using 78.2.0esr (64-bit) and MacOS 10.14.6

Hi Layne, on our Sharepoint, Conversations is not on the menu, so I can't test that feature myself.

This kind of error could indicate that data expected in the request (such as cookies, or HTTP header values), or data a script in the page expected to find (such as local storage, or standard browser features) did not match expectations, so the script could not proceed.

Are you aware of changing any Firefox settings related to cookies or local storage (also known as DOM storage)?

Also, you mentioned:

What kind of reset are you doing?

I just downloaded and replaced my existing Firefox for testing. As far as I know I didnt change any DOM storage. I should mention I used ESR 68 without any issues.

Troubleshooting Info > Refresh Firefox.

Another interesting one is that I can't search in the default "new" Sharepoint > documents. I hit return in search field and nothing happens - even weirder when I wait about 5 mins and go back, search works. When I click the revert to old Sharepoint when accessing Docuements page immediately (don't wait 5 mins), search works 100%.

I just updated to 78.3.0esr (64-bit) and it's still an issue. Other browsers don't have any issues. I also made a mistake and am using MacOS 10.15.6 (19G2021) (not 10.14.6)

Thanks.

This is the url I'm trying to load in Firefox 78.3.0esr: https://mydomain.sharepoint.com/sites/informationtechnology/_layouts/15/groupstatus.aspx?Target=CONVERSATIONS&Source=QuickLaunch

When I copy+paste into latest Chrome for testing, it works.
