You should be able to click the chevron beside 'gmail contacts from...' to select an address book. But the Category filter box must be provided by an add-on, perhaps Category Manager. Disable the add-on, or Help/Restart with Add-ons Disabled to test. There is a CategoryManager add-on for 78.

I managed to get the address book names into the bcc area
by using CardBook which allowed me to select the desired
address book. After highlighting all addresses that I wanted
