webpage login keeps looping me back to "session expired" and wants to redirected to start.
Imac and using Firefox browser Trying to login to a website. When click on shortcut to site goes directly to session expired message-
"Your session has expired. You will be automatically redirected to the home page, or you may click below to return immediately. Sometimes will take me to login page and I fill my login credentials, then hit enter and sends me back to "session expired message".
Sometimes generates another message randomly- "It appears you have duplicated a browser tab or window, or re-opened a closed tab. For security, this is not allowed.
To continue working, close this window and return to the original, or click below to start over.
Only does this on this webpage and can login to all other webpages with login. Used to be able to login in with no problem but now cannot. Tried with different browser(Safari, Chrome) mostly use Firefox. Also I am able to login to the site using my iphone with no problem.

If clearing cookies doesn't help, it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder that stores the cookies got corrupted.
- rename/remove cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and when present delete cookies.sqlite-shm and cookies.sqlite-wal in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed in case cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
