When I run videos from a web site it restarts to the beginning, about 45 seconds into the video. The return will occur at the same spot on the video. After about three times, the video will go from start to finish without interruption. This seems occur with videos embedded within text. I ran multiple videos in YouTube. This problem did not occur. An explanation and resolution would be appreciated.

Here are some examples of the problem of video restarting as outlined in my previous communication:

I go to these web sites from Bing. I have set up my Firefox to open the browser on the Bing home page (https://www.bing.com/?toWww=1&redig=185F1CE3268A4C8AB421D3AF517CDB9E.) At the bottom of the daily picture is a list of important news stories. Choosing the picture of a news story initiates a Bing search of that news story. I pick from the web sites found. Embedded within the news stories are videos from television channels. These videos are the ones that have the problem. I hope this helps your analysis.

What security software do you have?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
