I have moved to Firefox 4 on my office computer, but am reluctant to upgrade on my home computer, as I noticed Firefox 4 does not seem to have the little arrow to the right of the back/forward buttons which produces a drop-down menu of recent pages visited, which I find rather useful. Is there a straightforward/1-click way of getting this or a similar feature on Firefox 4?

The arrow to open the tab history of the Back and Forward buttons has been removed in Firefox 4.

Use one of these methods to open the tab history list:

  • Right click on the Back or Forward button
  • Hold down the left mouse button on the enabled Back or Forward button until the list opens

You can look at this extension:

So let me get this straight. Firefox 4 is faster etc. etc. and you did this by removing features we're used to. Then we put those features back with Add-Ons and once again Firefox isn't loading as fast. Of course, now it's OUR fault for adding all those "extras". Those extras that shouldn't have been removed to begin with.

Chrome's looking better and better.
