installed 4.0 lost "close tab" option in File menu how do I restore?
After updating to 4.0 version the File menu on the toolbar does not have the "close tab" option so how do I close a tab without exiting Firefox? Or can I restore the "Close tab" option in the file menu?

- To close a tab, just click its close button.
- You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + W to close the current tab.
You can also:
- select that tab by clicking on it, right-click that tab and choose "Close Tab"
- If you prefer the Menu Bar selections as in Firefox 3.6.x and prior, you can turn the Menu Bar on:
- Note: Menu Bar checked = Menu Bar on, Firefox button off; un-checked = Menu Bar off, Firefox button on
- using Menu Bar: click View > Toolbars > Menu Bar
- using Firefox button: click Firefox button > Options > Menu Bar
- keyboard shortcut: HOLD down the ALT key while pressing the keyboard letters VTM (repeating the keyboard shortcut will toggle Menu Bar on or off)
