Well, I uninstalled Firefox because when I went to turn it on, it would always check for updates and I'd have to refresh my homepage. I reinstalled Firefox 5. I went back through to put my add ons back in. While doing that, I restarted and when it came back on, the reload/stop button were out in the navigation bar as two buttons instead of being at the end of the url bar like it was when it started. It's just something that is frustrating because I liked it where you guys moved it too.

If you can't move them back to the position between the location bar and the search bar in the order Reload - Stop then click the "Restore Default Set" button in the Customize window.

Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

well I kept saying url but I meant the at the end of the address bar. Like it's connected to it beside the star. Some how, it made a button by itself outside and I couldn't put it back in the address bar. I like it inside the address bar better than outside.

That is OK.
Those two buttons will show as two separate buttons if the Customize window is open.
If they are at the default position between the location bar and the search bar then they will disappear once you close the Customize window and will display as the combined button on the location bar.
If that isn't happening then click the "Restore Default Set" button in the Customize window like I wrote above.
