You seriously need to update Firefox. You are using Firefox 4.0.1 and there have been 5 updates (mostly security related) since the version you are using; 5.0, 5.0.1, 6.0, 6.0.1, and current version 6.0.2. The issues that have been fixed are here: https://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox.html#firefox6.0.2
Not related to your question, but...
You need to update some plug-ins:
- Plug-in check: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
- Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape: Installing/Updating Adobe Reader in Firefox
- Next Generation Java Plug-in for Mozilla browsers: Installing or Updating Java in Firefox

Yes, loading an add-on to do something so minor as move a BUILT IN toolbar worked. But gee, that is not really "customizing" Firefox, that is fixing it!

With the working objects that were removed or screwed with in 4, and with all the negative comments I see about version 5, I have no intention of updating. I am already sorry I loaded 4, and will move to another browser when you make it not work at all. My suggestion? Add all the new features you want, but STOP REMOVING FEATURES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR YEARS! (Do not use the Microsoft mentality!)

"STOP REMOVING FEATURES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR YEARS"
