Java not campatible with 6.0.2

Firefox updated to 6.0.2 and now in my plugins it says that java is not compatible with this and is causing problems with all sorts of sites including firefox help site which uses java to check your plugins.

Solved after a reinstall if java, must have got corrupted somehow.
