Is there a way to auto create dated folders in Firefox like there is with Safari and Glims. All the files I downloaded on 1/18/12 are in a folder named 18-01-2012 (within the downloads folder), and the files I downloaded on 1/21/12 are in a folder named 21-01-2012. I find this a great way to manage my downloads and was hoping that there was a way to do this in Firefox. Thanks in advance, Vic

I think someone would need to create an add-on for this, or maybe one of the existing download managers has this feature (so many, it's hard to check all their features). Maybe someone can point you to a specific one.

You could write a script that runs if you boot the computer (or via a script that starts Firefox) that creates the proper folder and modifies a user.js file in the Firefox Profile Folder to set the default download location to that folder.
