cleared cache, even restarted my computer. Log into wizards site then attempt to inform them of a game problem when the problem shows up, Claim is after logging in I did not provide them with an email address. In order to get to the location of the problem you must log into the site.

Can you restate your question? It sounds like you cleared the cache and restarted you computer. Then you need to log into a website. It's unclear to me if you were able to or not. The Fix login issues on websites that require a username and password may be of some help.
As a follow-up to Verdi's question, is the problem that the site doesn't realize you're already logged in, or is the problem that the game isn't playing correctly in Firefox? Maybe it's both.
Hopefully the above article addresses the login issue. If it doesn't, consider this, too: we've noticed a unique problem some users are having with the Yahoo! site; every few minutes the site thinks they're logged out again. If your Wizards 101 site seems to have that same issue, you could try the workaround of changing your proxy setting. See: I am able to log in to Yahoo mail but it keeps asking me for my password every 2 or 3 mins.
still unable to post a problem with the game. This game runs it's own software, does not use web browser. When I posted it direct to customer service they were who said it had to be firefox. I didn't agree, but I had to pose the question as to why it was not reconizing the log in to start with. You MUST be logged into the website to get to attempt a report of a bug or problem. If I can get that far then why does it not see the information already entered?
Ok then if you are able to log into the website with Firefox then that's all we can help you with. If there is still a problem with the game, I'm afraid they will have to help clear that up.
